0475 #2(a)(v) During the course of the complaint inspection there was enough information shared by the interviewed staff to determine that they are not following the mandated reporting requirements required for childcare providers. An internal protocol was shared to licensing that occurs when a staff person or parent has a reportable concern, and this internal protocol resulted in the director doing their own internal investigation and not reporting a child’s allegation of physical abuse to CPS.
